Working the Client Dashboard
The Client Dashboard is the central workspace for a single client engagement. It organizes all information and tools into tabs. Not all tabs are visible to every account; visibility is controlled by feature flags.

Dashboard tabs
Each tab serves a specific purpose. Only the tabs enabled for your account and client configuration will be visible.
- Overview — Summary of active status, linked reports, evidence readiness, and 5S signals.
- Reports — All reports linked to this client. Link, unlink, open, and assign reports from here.
- Info — Client name, contact, status, notes, and convert-to-client action.
- Evidence — Evidence category cards with readiness dots and per-category notes.
- Files — File upload and management; source documents for quality history and audit prep.
- Notes — Freeform consultant notes scoped to this client.
- Tasks — Action items with status tracking and client-shareable task links.
- Impact — Document signal analysis and AI quality ask (requires feature flags).
- Audit Prep — Clause readiness scoring and gap analysis (requires feature flags).
Step-by-step walkthrough
- Open the client list and click a client card. -> The client dashboard opens showing the available tabs for this client's configuration.
- Use the Overview tab to get a status snapshot before choosing a work area. -> The overview shows active reports, evidence readiness, and any pending flags.
- Open the Files tab to upload quality documents. -> Uploaded files feed the quality-history pipeline used by Audit Prep and Impact.
- Open the Tasks tab to create action items. -> Each task can be shared with the client using the copy link button.
Common issues
A tab I expect is not visible
The feature flag for that tab is not enabled on your account. Contact your administrator to request access to that tab.
Overview shows no data
No reports have been linked yet and no files have been uploaded. Use the Reports tab to link existing workspace reports or the Files tab to upload documents.
Convert to Client button is disabled
Check the linked report and file counts shown in the prospect banner. The prospect must meet the minimum requirements before conversion is enabled.
What to do next
Analyze audit readiness
After uploading files, open the Audit Prep tab to score clause readiness against your chosen standard.
Upload evidence
Open the Files tab to upload the client's quality documents as source evidence for Audit Prep scoring.
Share a task
Open the Tasks tab and use the copy link button to share a specific action item with your client.
