5S Dashboard

The 5S Dashboard aggregates client 5S inspection data so you can monitor scores, trends, and outstanding findings across all linked clients from a single view.

Step-by-step walkthrough

  1. Navigate to /portal/5s-dashboard. -> The dashboard loads showing all clients with at least one 5S inspection linked.
  2. Review the score summary row for each client. -> Each row shows the latest average score, trend direction, and count of open findings.
  3. Click a client row to drill into inspection details. -> The detail panel expands showing scores by category, latest submission date, and finding summaries.
  4. Use the date filters to compare periods or focus on recent activity. -> The chart and table update to reflect the selected range.

Common issues

No data visible in the dashboard
The linked client has not had any 5S inspections submitted yet. Ask the client to complete at least one 5S inspection in MSQ Lite, then refresh the dashboard.
Client is not appearing in the list
The client must be linked to your portal account and have at least one submitted 5S inspection before they appear here. Check the client record and confirm linking is complete.

Tips

Review before client meetings
Check the 5S dashboard before each client meeting to identify areas that have not been inspected recently or have score drops since the last review.
Use date filters to show trends
Apply a 90-day or 6-month filter to show score trends over time — this is useful for demonstrating improvement progress to clients.

What to do next

Share findings with your client
After reviewing the dashboard, use the client dashboard Tasks tab to create follow-up action items for the open findings you identified.
